Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
The Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An "Eligible Entrant" is an individual who, at the time of entry:
is a resident of Australia or New Zealand aged 16 years or older
is not an employee of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; and
is not a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether full, half, step or by adoption) of such an employee
ENTRY
The promotional period for this competition begins at 10:00am Wednesday 4th October 2023 and runs until 10:00am Friday 13th October 2023. Any entries received outside of this period will not be valid.
The promoter will publish a post on its Instagram page during the promotional period. To enter this promotion, in the “comments” section, tag a friend and make sure you are following both @glowlab on Instagram for your chance to win a Glow Lab Smoothing Prize pack.
An Eligible Entrant may enter the Competition as many times as they like within the competition period.
The Prize winner will be drawn at random 10:30am Friday 13th October 2023 and will be notified via private Instagram message. If the winner does not respond by 5:00pm on Tuesday 17th October, the prize winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize.
If the Prize winner and/or their companions are unable to redeem the Prize for any reason then they will forfeit the Prize without any compensation.
The winner must provide valid contact details (including name, phone number, and residential address), to allow the promoter to coordinate the prize with the winner.

The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
By entering the Competition, each entrant releases Instagram from any and all liability to the entrant arising in any way from the conduct of the Competition.
All information provided by a Promotion entrant is provided to the Promoter and not to Instagram.
GENERAL
If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way by a cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.
Entrants' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Competition and publicise its winners and, if an entrant consents, may be used to market its products to the entrant. The personal information of the winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Competition, including the Competition administrator, prize suppliers and deliveries, and to regulatory authorities. Persons may contact the Promoter by post at the address stated in condition 1 to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by the Promoter.
